Description:
BELLATRIX is a water-based hybrid system, composed of unique polymers, specifically formulated to provide the dual actions of penetrating and topical protection for concrete. The product is clear, transparent and easy-to-apply. BELLATRIX has been formulated with proprietary technology to provide increased stain suspension and resistance to most contaminants found in kitchens, retail food stores, restaurants, malls, garages, warehouses, distribution centers, etc. The product has been designed to produce a clear, high-gloss barrier, offering optimum protection for concrete. BELLATIRX meets the very strict maximum VOC content limits of 100 g/L for Waterproofing/Concrete Masonry Sealers, as required by California's SCAQMD, the 400 g/L VOC maximum required for Sealers by the U.S. EPA Architectural Coatings Rule, and the 400 g/L maximum VOC required for Waterproofing/Concrete Masonry Sealers by the OTC Architectural Coatings Rule.
