Description: CARDINAL SYSTEMS, INC.’S Construction Wall panel system offers a complete range of panel sizes and configurations to satisfy any building requirement that may be encountered. Straight panels of various lengths and heights, headers and beams for large window and door openings, and internal and external corner units are available. All Construction Wall panels are supplied in high quality galvanized steel which is then further protected with Rhino Lining brand industrial “SOLARMAX” coating for below ground applications. Additionally, CARDINAL SYSTEMS, INC.’S Construction Wall panels which will be supporting flooring beams contain a dedicated heavy gauge vertical column designed specifically for this purpose. The column is pre-punched to accept fastening bolts for steel floor supporting beams,and is securely attached to the Construction Wall panel. Naturally, it is also pre-punched with cutouts for plumbing and wiring. CARDINAL SYSTEMS, INC.’S Construction Wall standard panels are typically 4’ wide, with 14 gauge steel studding integral to both ends, as well as on 16” centers for maximum structural rigidity. Construction Wall panels are available in a wide range of heights up to 10 feet. Internal faces of all studs are faced with composite material to provide thermal isolation and facilitate attachment of wall board or other wall finishing products. Also, all studs are prepunched with cutouts for easy installation of plumbing and wiring. CARDINAL SYSTEMS, INC.’S Construction Wall panels can be used for both above and below ground wall systems.

Wind tests conducted and certified by Yourshaw Engineering a registered professional engineering firm.

Additionally, the BuildBetter construction panels are air tight. Finished construction systems have been pressure tested by an independent third party with data showing an air tight environment. Energy loss due to drafts and air leaks is eliminated with the BuildBetter systems. Pressure data is available.
