Description: 95% post consumer recycled rubber made into an atractive conical design that withstands high winds with a weight of 71 pounds and a low center of gravity. Semi-Permanent but portable with its easy tip and roll design. This base will not rust, chip or corrode. Holds 2-3/8" round plastic or aluminum pole or 1-3/4 " square steel pole. Available in Black or safety yellow. Recycled aluminum parking and traffic signs also available. Supports any type of sign up to 24 inch in diameter including Handicapped parking, NO parking fire lane, stop, school crossing and more. Enhances safety and minimizes liability/damage in vehicle/pedestrian incidents. Easy to install, easy to move for snow removal, maintenance or storage - just tip and roll.
