ICA-LITE EPS Panels by ICA is an expanded polystyrene insulation panel of rigid closed cell lightweight plastic foam. It is designed for use in foundation, wall, and roof insulation systems in new commercial or residential buildings. It is also used extensively in low temperature warehouses, food processing plants, agricultural buildings, and a variety of retrofit applications. ICA-LITE EPS Panels by ICA can be engineered to provide density ranges from 0.90 to 1.80 pounds per cubic foot.

The TEX-COTE® COOLWALL® System is a low VOC infrared heat reflective exterior wall coatings system that has been tested and proven to reduce wall surface temperatures by up to forty degrees and provide for cooling cost energy savings. The COOLWALL® System incorporates post-industrial recycled content in to its manufacturing process at levels high enough to make it eligible for LEED credits under the "Materials and Resources" category. In fact, the COOLWALL® System can contribute to up to three of the six LEED categories.
