The concrete can be manufactured in different compressive strengths and at different levels of recycled content.

Additionally, Ready Mix by Sikorsky is manufactured in a factory completely powered by solar panels and utilizes recycled water. Sikorsky has a carbon footprint reduction
plan in place and anticipates reducing its overall footprint by 30+% in 3 years.

Ready Mix by Sikorsky can also contribute LEED points to a construction project. Please contact the company for details.

<img alt="No_image" height="75" src="http://www.greenformat.com/images/product/no_image.jpg" style="float: left" width="75" />Expanded polystyrene foam has been used in geotechnical applications for more than 30 years. The properties of EPS make it a good choice for use as a slope stabilizer, retaining wall backfill, road embankments, or pavement insulation. EPS has many specific advantages for use as a soil substitute. Light weight, low density, thermal insulation value, compressive strength, long life performance, and low cost are all important when planning a geotechnical application.

ICA can manufacture EPS Geofoam in densities of .75 PCF to 2.0 PCF, with or without recycled content. Although not necessary, an insect repellant can be incorporated into the EPS foam if so specified. Generally, EPS geofoam blocks are requested in full billet sizes, i.e. 36 x 48 x 96, but can be custom cut to your specifications.
